Jordan’s Altinote [Altinote hilaris, Nymphalidae subfamily – Acraeinae] butterfly laying eggs on underside of leaf; San Isidro Reserve, EcuadorRed-tailed Bumble Bees [Bombus ternarius] collecting pollen from sunflower; Fremont County, CO Climate change, pesticides and lost habitats are driving bees to extinction. Monarch Butterflies [Danaus plexippus] gather for warmth during their winter migration, clustering on tree branches inside eucalyptus forest grove at Pismo Beach, CA Raccoon tracks left during a hunting/feeding excursion in dried lake bed mud; Bosque del Apache NWR., NMFine beautiful detail inside and out of a Gastropeda, Triton [Cymatiidae] shell; Playa Venao, PanamaFlag-footed Bug [Anisocelis flavolineata] on Passionfruit vine; Casa Mariposa, Santa Fe, Panama
Without looking, you will not see. Get out into nature wherever that may be for you. We are nature deprived as a species.
